Better late than never, right? Here are a few pictures from my birthday dinner last month. My roommates planned and cooked a delicious spread. YUM.
We had four different tartes: pesto, mozzarella, and pine nut; caramelized onions, apple, and goat cheese; tomato, goat cheese; ricotta, figs, and honey. We started off thinking we were going to have a pizza bar, but the pizza dough we bought ended up stiff and unusable. We used puff pastry instead, and it ended up being even better.
