paris dreaming

I watched Midnight In Paris again last night, and liked it just as much the second time.  What do you guys think?  Oscar worthy?  Despite it’s extreme Woody Allen-ness, there’s something charming and magical about watching anything happening in Paris.  I’ve been lucky enough to visit a few times with my dad, and we both agree that there’s something just so very Paris about Paris.  What I mean to say, is that even if you just catch a glimpse of a city street, a building, or a perfectly square-cut tree – you can tell that it’s Paris.

Graphic designer Vahram Muratyan compared New York and Paris in his series Paris versus New York.

I’ll just be sitting here, day-dreaming about Paris, hoping I can get there again soon.  Just like Gil Pender, I’m sure I’ll wish to stay.
